If possible, it is always better to use HTML forms, as HTML has much more extensive support for the features that are necessary for making forms accessible. See below for information about creating accessible PDF forms. Word can be used to create a form template, but must then be exported to PDF and interactive form controls added using Acrobat Pro. It is currently impossible to create an accessible interactive form using Microsoft Word. There is one other option - if you are looking for the Windows version of Acrobat X Pro in English, you should be able to download it from here: - make sure that you follow the instructions step by step, otherwise you willl end up with an error message. If all else fails, you may want to get in touch with Adobe's customer support - if you've registered your copy of Acrobat X, they may be able to help you. If you've purchased Acrobat via DVD, then you have to locate that installation disk and install from there. You should see a download link after you select the order. If you purchased Acrobat via a download from the Adobe store, then you should be able to go to the "My Adobe" section on Adobe's web site (after logging in with your Adobe ID), then select "My Orders", and look up the respective order.
